In 2020 Happy Humans conducted 1-on-1 interviews with all our employees. Following all these conversations we received a goal-oriented action plan from Happy Humans: what came up most, what do we need to work on, what do we need to keep doing? A plan with both quick wins and long-term plans.
This spring, it was time for a new evaluation. Have the quick wins already led to change?
