In Portugal, Moita, work has started on a new distribution centre for Aldi. A building of 52 000 m² on a ground surface of 147 779 m². On the ground floor are the drying warehouse, the technical premises and no less than 9,600 m² of cooling (both 15°C and 2°C as well as -21°C).
The intermediate floor comprises 2,000 m² of offices, 1,000 m² of social areas and 1,200 m² of storage.
Completion is scheduled for March 2022.
