To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project leader (M/F).

Position:

  • You supervise the proper execution of the work in all disciplines.
  • You coordinate the contractors for a smooth course of the work.
  • You check the correct application of the materials.
  • You organise and take the lead in site meetings in which you actively participate.
  • You check settlements, progress statements and invoicing for accuracy.
  • You report to the project manager.
  • You guarantee a proper execution of the work with approved materials and according to the known safety regulations.
  • You follow up the construction sites in Flanders and possibly Wallonia.

Profile:

  • You are preferably an architect, engineer, engineer-architect or industrial engineer by training and can already present 5 years of experience as a site manager/project leader.
  • You are a team player.
  • You have strong communication skills and sufficient powers of persuasion.
  • You have good organisational skills and you work in a planned way.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch is a must.
  • A good knowledge of French is a plus.
