Project Engineer HVAC

For the reinforcement of our technical department, we are looking for a project engineer HVAC (M/F).

• You are responsible for the integration of the technical HVAC and sanitary installations in the architectural concept of projects such as office buildings, education, rest and care centres, public buildings, residential buildings, warehouses and logistics centres.
• Together with the project manager, you work out a concept according to the needs and budget of the client.
• You are responsible for the design and calculation of the heating, cooling and air treatment installations.
• In the execution of your tasks, you can count on the cooperation of a team of experienced designers and CAD operators.
• You consult with the various disciplines to ensure coordinated results.

• You preferably have a master's degree in engineering (civil engineer or civil engineer-architect) or a master's degree in industrial sciences electromechanics (industrial engineer electromechanics) or equivalent through experience.
• You have had relevant experience at a special techniques consultancy firm or at a specialised HVAC contractor.
• You have sufficient knowledge of the EPB regulations and you know how to respect the obligations in your design.
• You pay attention to constructive, aesthetic and financial aspects.
• You have extensive knowledge of the standards and laws related to the field.
• You are an aficionado of architecture and, as an engineer, you want to think along with the architectural concept.
